Family issues aren’t just legal—they’re emotional. We bring clarity, compassion, and strategy to help you move forward with confidence.

Attorneys Lindsey Bruggenschmidt and Kyli Willis work exclusively in family law. Both Lindsey and Kyli often serve as Registered Guardan ad Litems (GALs), meaning they represent the best interests of children in custody disputes. They also regularly serve as Registered Domestic Mediators, meaning they are the neutral third party working to help those in conflict reach agreement. These additional roles give Lindsey and Kyli a well-rounded perspective of family law. This allows Lindsey and Kyli to offer balanced approaches for resolution both outside and inside of a courtroom.

Lindsey and Kyli’s concern for client welfare reaches beyond resolution of the legal issues, so they have compiled advisors to assist with life’s other transitions. With advisors that focus on collateral issues such as banking, wealth management, tax planning, real estate transactions, counseling, parenting time disputes, etc., Lindsey and Kyli help clients find confidence and closure.

Family Law Issues That We Regularly Address:

Domestic Mediation & Guardian ad Litem Services

Lindsey and Kyli both often serve as Registered Domestic Relations Mediators, wherein they provide a neutral, collaborative setting for parents or parties to work together toward resolution of their family law issues. Mediation allows the parties to control more of the outcome while also often saving time, financial resources and emotional strain.

Lindsey and Kyli also often serve as the Registered Guardian ad Litem (GAL), which is a court appointed advocate for the child’s best interests in custody disputes or other family related disputes. The role of the GAL is to ensure that the child’s voice and general wellbeing does not get overlooked
during the legal process. This role typically entails home visits, interviews, document reviews, etc. that the GAL often reduces to a written report and recommendations that the GAL files with the court.
